If you have a complex question, for example connecting multiple locations to one company network, we are of course happy to visit you personally to provide professional advice.

Speed and convenience with your personal customer portal

With a single NDIX connection you can access our renowned service providers through your personal customer portal. You choose which services you want to purchase from which provider, and switching providers is very easy. Through VLANs, connections are established with the ICT provider of your choice. Within our network, these connections are completely free. A request can be arranged quickly and easily. The connection will be activated within 3 working days after approval of all involved parties.

NDIX keeps you informed

We believe that good cooperation with our partners is very important. That is why we offer a clear and up-to-date overview of all current contracts and connections through our portal. The portal also gives you real-time insight into the bandwidth used, planned maintenance, current reports and, through the zip code tool, insight into our connection options. Requesting a new connection is quick and easy. Does the portal not offer the information you are looking for? In that case we will of course be happy to help you personally!

You can request a quotation from us quickly and easily by using the portal, the contact form or by calling our office staff. As soon as we receive your request, we will check the connection options for the desired connection. After placing the order, we will keep you informed about the progress of the delivery, together with our operations department. This status can also be found in your personal portal.
